That string of characters needs to be added as a default value. To do so, click on the field you want to fill. Then click on the "options" button, and then enter the value into the "default values tab." See the image below for a tutorial.

Also note that you do not need to delete any fields below. For example, If you only want to create a participation for 4 classes, you can just leave the others blank.

BOOKING TRAVEL

  • Please use your TravelPerk account to book your flights if you have one.

  • If you need additional help booking flights, you can contact Hartman’s Aaron Gold at aaron.gold@shalomhartman.org.

FLIGHT GUIDELINES

Registration & Programming:

  • Registration opens at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 22, 2025.

  • Programming will begin around 1:00 PM.

  • Programming will end around 2:30 PM on Thursday, December 25, 2025.

Flights:

  • Faculty: Flights should arrive at New Orleans Airport (MSY) by 11:00/11:30 AM on Monday, December 22. If you cannot arrive by 11:00/11:30 AM, you may fly in the night before (Sunday, December 21).

  • Program Staff: Please plan to arrive at New Orleans Airport (MSY) by 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 21. 

  • Breakfast will be provided on the 22nd for those who arrive before registration.
  • Your families are welcome to join us! We have budgeted for their hotels and meals, but not their flights. 
Transportation:

  • Faculty and staff can take an Uber from the airport and expense it to the budget line listed above.

Shuttles between the hotel and the airport will be provided for students and accompanying staff.
