Stipend
All participants will receive a $600 travel stipend, to be used to purchase their flights. All on-the-ground costs (meals, lodging, & programming) will be paid for by the Shalom Hartman Institute.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

Programming will begin on Monday, May 15 at 3pm @ Shalom Hartman Institute.
Programming will conclude on Sunday, May 21 at 6pm @ Shalom Hartman Institute.

Please book your travel accordingly.
Travel Confirmation


Bank Information
The Shalom Hartman Institute will provide all participants on the program with a stipend to assist with travel costs. Please input your bank information below, and the Institute will deposit the stipend directly into your account.








Health Insurance
To enter Israel, you made need proof that your insurance covers all costs associated with potential infection of COVID-19 while traveling abroad. 
If your policy does not cover COVID-19, please purchase seperately. You can find policies to purchase here, here or here.

The following sections are not visible to the user filling out the form. Please insert the proper object id from Salesforce into the fields below as DEFAULT values.  The object ID can be found in the URL of the salesforce entry. See the following example, the object ID is in bold.

That string of characters needs to be added as a default value. To do so, click on the field you want to fill. Then click on the "options" button, and then enter the value into the "default values tab." See the image below for a tutorial.

Also note that you do not need to delete any fields below. For example, If you only want to create a participation for 4 classes, you can just leave the others blank.
