The selection committee will issue invitations to join the fellowship by November 15, 2019.
Accepted candidates must sign a statement of commitment to participate by December 2, 2019 in order to hold their spot in the fellowship.

The Created Equal Educators Fellowship consists of the following elements:

Opening seminar January 26-27, 2020 in NYC
Regular distance learning classes over Zoom from 3:30-5:00 PM EST on the following dates:

March 31, 2020
April 21, 2020
May 5, 2020
May 19, 2020

Closing seminar May 31-June 1, 2020 in NYC

Attendance at all seminars and distance learnings is mandatory.

The Safety Respect Equity Coalition works to ensure safe, respectful and equitable Jewish workplaces and communal spaces by addressing sexual harassment, sexism and gender discrimination. We believe we are called upon by the ethical standards of our tradition to address these issues within our community, as well as to lend our voices and action to the national movement seeking a culture shift in our country.

To that end, the coalition brings together organizations, funders, individuals and experts to help create lasting, systemic change. The role of the coalition is to serve as catalyst and resource: we aim to support, coordinate and amplify change in individual organizations as well as accelerate a broader cultural shift.
